Laura started her businesses after being inspired by her own experiences as a person who is hard of hearing. She found it difficult to do everyday tasks like talking to a teller at the bank or attending events she was interested in. She would go into businesses that advertised having a hearing solution but would find out that the staff didn’t know how to use it.
There was a disconnect between businesses and the people who actually used the solutions. Frustrated Laura decided to solve the problem by becoming the solution provider. So that she could create solutions that actually worked for herself and others like her!

THE SOLUTION
We redesigned the site to clearly state her business services and created dedicated pages for her target markets. By having dedicated pages we can get to rid of the excessive info and provide relevant info to those key users.
